Hello again, here are some examples of the Indoeuropean Languages Trees our students created in the first year of ESO last September. We also did activities in Spanish in the 2nd year of ESO, worked with videos about Why languages matter and  about the importance of learning languages in the 3rd year of ESO and the 4th year of ESO.

Con respecto al nuevo curso académico 2018-19, comenzamos en septiembre con las actividades del Día Europeo de las Lenguas que se celebró el pasado septiembre y que se trabajó en los cuatro niveles, con la creación del árbol de las lenguas Indoeuropeas en 1º, actividades de trabalenguas, palíndromos, etc en 2º, murales de Why Languages Matter en 3º y textos sobre la importancia de las lenguas en inglés en 4º de ESO.

Hello students at IES Jarifa and a warm welcome to the new academic year.

Hello, it's a bit late to start being in touch for the first time this year. My students at IES Jarifa are the ones in  groups 3ºC, 4ºB, 1ºBACH A and 1ºBACH B. We have started revising, with an initial test and oral activities in class, such as dictations, Strange but true stories, paintings or games with initials and so on. At the moment we are studying the following grammar: Past simple and used to in 3º, future tenses in 4º and present perfect continuous in BACH. They also have to write an imaginary message in a bottle to read it in class. See you soon and study hard!
